Privacy Notice for Sierra Autocars, Inc. ("Dealership")

This notice is provided to you as required by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and refers to the Dealership's policies and practices, effective July 1, 2001, as governed by that law.

The Dealership collects nonpublic personal information about you from: (A) information the Dealership receives from you on applications and other forms; (B) information about your transactions with the Dealership, its affiliates and others; and (C) information the Dealership receives from credit reporting agencies. The Dealership safeguards this information by authorizing access to your non-public personal information only for those who need access to such information to do their work. The same is true for the Dealership's affiliated companies, which are companies that, now or in the future, the dealership owns or controls or is owned or controlled by. The Dealership will give you notice of such revision before disclosing your nonpublic personal information other than as described in this notice.

The Dealership may disclose to its affiliated companies any or all of the information it collects about you. Where they apply, the Dealership observes limits and restrictions set by law on sharing certain kinds of information with its affiliates.

The Dealership may disclose any and all nonpublic personal information it has obtained about you to credit bureaus and similar organizations and otherwise when permitted by law. The Dealership may also share any or all of your non-public personal information with companies that work for or with it or with which it has a joint marketing agreement. The Dealership may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
